Supported Wage Assessments are a part of the Supported Wage System (SWS). This productivity assessment process provides a method to assess the productivity of an employee against performance standards of other employees undertaking the same tasks or duties in the workplace.
Ongoing Support Assistance is available to DES participants who require the Ongoing Support services of the Provider to maintain their Employment.
The Assessor works with the Provider, the Participant and their Employer to enable the Participant to sustain ongoing meaningful employment and the Assessor independently examines, discusses and agrees with the parties the ongoing support needs of a participant.
